Before & After
From 2026, my approach will include the following:
Any recommendations on products will require another meeting to discuss the particulars to ensure you are comfortable to proceed.
Tech & Documents
Depending on the meeting type and content, different capture or display methods may be used from a laptop screen, mirror screens to showcase planning more interactively or good old pen and paper. Working with what you are comfortable with is paramount.
The long-term aim will be to build up your knowledge and skills around certain technologies to better help your planning needs.
Signing & Sending Documents
We generally use DocuSign or wet signatures, depending on the requirements of providers. DocuSign is a fast reliable way to get documents signed, generally in the same day. This can help speed up requests, so where you are able, please do give it a try.
For those unfamiliar with online signing, or the process involved we will be happy to go through the process with you to help you get a better understanding. It is important to have digital skills like this, in an age in which everything is becoming increasingly digital!
Post is still an option, and where it is needed or requested it shall be used, and return envelopes included.
Getting in Touch
You can contact me by text, WhatsApp, email, or phone call — whatever works best for you. I don’t keep strict office hours, but I ask that calls happen between 9am and 5pm. You’re welcome to send emails or messages at any time, I will respond as soon as possible.
There might be times when I need to know more about your current arrangements. You can send screenshots or paperwork, or I can contact your provider directly to request the details.
